With absolute respect for the health function, we present to you the rules that we will apply daily for the protection of our customers and employees.

Entrance

In order to enter our beautiful destination, a traveler must present one of the following three:

  • Vaccination certificate.
  • Negative Covid test in the last 72 hours.
  • Certificate for immune if one had already the virus and has been cured.

Reception

  • Online check in or check-in outdoors
  • Installation of surface protection
  • Use of protective equipment by employees
  • Disinfection at the end of each day
  • Hand antiseptic to all public areas
  • E-contact with the guests by messenger all day
  • Extension of check-out and check-in between stays (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 4.00 pm). This change in the time interval between each check in and check out is mandatory to ensure that between different customers the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as that adequate natural ventilation of the space is followed.
  • Informing visitors about the policy of the accommodation and the measures it has taken to deal with any incidents, b) providing useful information for health providers, public and private hospitals, reference hospitals for COVID-19, pharmacies, etc. in the area and c) providing Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Addition of floor marking
  • Only electronic payment of accommodation expenses
  • Implementation of Corona National Regulation ,responsible hotel Person for Covid-19
  • Cooperation with clinic near the hotel (distance 300m)
  • Continuous disinfection of room keys

Pool

The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of the pool and hydromassage areas is increasing and disinfectants suitable for the current situation are used for water.

Rooms

  • Amenities of one use
  • All non-basic items such as magazines, leaflets, laundry bags, bathrobes, decorative pillows, couvars , kettle are removed from the rooms.
  • Change of towels and linen on request, without staff entry cleanliness and disinfection only at the customer's departure
  • Installing a disposable cover on the TV and air conditioner controls
  • Fabric surfaces (eg furniture upholstery) are cleaned with a steam device (temperature> 70.).

Bar & Restaurant

  • We have given and continue to give special importance to the provision of food and beverage.
  • We continue the operation of the buffets with extended hours.
  • Hand sanitizing will be at the entrances to Restaurant and bar
  • Buffet food presentation set up to be pre-portioned concept.
  • Take away lunch box options
  • We provide the possibility PRE-ORDER service with text message via Messenger or by phone call to the reception.
  • Drinks are all served or take away and not self service.

Entertainment
